Why We Began With Haldi?

We chose Haldi as our first product because it is the most essential – and today, the
most compromised spice in the indian kitchen.

Haldi is used every day:

Because it is consumed daily, its purity matters more than anything else.
For us, Haldi is also deeply Personal.
This Crop is naturally grown in Bihar, and our local farmer cultivate it with care, patience and deep familarity with land. It is a crop that is close to us – geographically, culturaly and emotionally.
Because of this closeness, we are able to understand its quality, ensure its seasonal freshness and maintain its availablity without forcing the crop to farmer.

Haldi also holds special place in our traditions.

In Chhath Pujan, which is one of Bihar’s most revered and signature festivals, haldi is used in worship and sacred preparations. When an ingredient becomes part of puja, its purity no longer just A preference- it becomes responsiblity. For Us, haldi is not only a kitchen ingredent, it is something that enters prayer, ritual and faith. That makes it handling even more important.

The Reality of Today’s Haldi Market
